| Description: | Under general supervision, obtain and process right of way for ease of installation of gas main and stations. Coordinate, acquire, and record easements as requested by internal and external customers. Obtain and process required permits to complete job assignments. Maintain easement records in appropriate database. |
| Duties: | 1. Obtain right of way access as needed for ease of installation of gas main and related stations. Draft right of way documents, associated drawings, and other materials for acquisition and recording of easements.
2. Review property surveys with customers for future gas needs that may require company easements for service. Compile miscellaneous information and records in response to customer and/or public requests. Conduct field investigations as necessary to determine easement locations and make appropriate customer contact.
3. Research public records and conduct field reviews to identify ownership of property affected by existing or proposed facilities; review standard title reports and identify any conflicting issues that may impact right of way acquisition.
4. Research existing gas main and related station properties for enhancements to easement process.
5. Interact with county, state, governmental agencies, and other private parties to obtain necessary permits, easements, and legal documents.
6. Manage existing ROW/Easement database and implement process enhancements.
7. Manage existing company rental and lease agreements.
8. Provide support on various project teams for the improvement of company systems or technology as related to the department.
9. Adheres to company internal control procedures and financial processes.
10. Maintains knowledge of current trends and developments in the field by reading appropriate books, journals and other literature, attending seminars, conferences, and the like. Participates in internal and external company training as required.

| Qualifications: | � Knowledge and ability at a level normally acquired through the completion of a Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience.
� Two to four years experience in right of way and/or land file operations.
� Knowledge of laws and regulations relating to right of way acquisition.
� Knowledge of property description naming and surveying techniques.
� Excellent organizational, analytical, and judgment skills with the ability to accurately and confidentially process and maintain data.
� Excellent written and oral communication skills.
� Excellent negotiation skills and customer-service orientation
� Good working knowledge of various personal computer business software applications presently used by the Company. Ability to learn new systems or software packages as necessary.
� Must maintain a positive work atmosphere through effective interactions and communications with co-workers, customers and management.
� Must maintain a safe environment for co-workers, customers and the public through adherence to established safety standards and timely reporting of potential hazards.
� Must adhere to Company policies and procedures related to the code of business ethics, compliance, responsible use of Company assets, and all applicable state and federal laws.
� Must travel throughout the state to obtain and process right of way for ease of installation of gas main and stations.
� Must have a valid driver�s license.
